It was the most Beautiful and Awesome experience, before riding on to the helicopter, I was nervous, but our Pilot was such a great person and made it memorable and the staff was great too

Today I toured the Grand Canyon. From my 7.25am hotel pickup, I travelled 125 miles in a clean and comfortable air-conditioned bus, out to the Helicopter transit station. The trip out was approximately 40 minutes from the heart of Vegas. After checking in we were all grouped to the appropriate tours. Our Pilot Jimmy, was exceptional! His professionalism, humour, knowledge and attention to detail was impeccable. The flight was awesome to say the least. After completing the tour we were returned to the Helicopter and transported back to our Hotel.

Brilliant experience. Our pilot (Tim) was very knowledgeable and flew us smoothly across the South Rim and into the Grand Canyon. We took the longest flight and covered the Grand Canyon from Desert View to Hermit’s Rest with a fly over the North Rim to scoot around no-fly zones (determined by National Parks). We saw parts of the canyon we could not see from our walks and bus rides yesterday. We were thrilled with what we were able to see from the air. Highly recommend. Recommend paying for upgrade to front seat if you want to take photos. If you just want the experience (and thrills!) any seat would be fine.

We will be requesting him specifically, for our evening LV strip flight, the next time we are in Vegas. I flew with Papillon several years ago and the service was great as well. If you are considering a helicopte tour during your stay in Vegas, Papillon should be your choice of choice. Highly recommend!!

Booked Grand Canyon Deluxe Tour with Helicopter online. Called in a day prior to confirm our tour and pick up time. The pick up was punctual. The tour was seamless. We flew in to Grand Canyon South. The flight wasn’t full so everyone had a window seat. We had a 2.5 hours Hummer tour in the park and had many opportunities to take pictures at the viewpoints. The view was breathtaking. Helicopter tour was the highlight. The helicopter only accommodates 6 pax. I sat in the middle and the view was still good and clear. A good experience! It’s not cheap but totally worth it.
