Excellent check in with Aaron Taylor. Short, informative video on what to expect when going on a helicopter (for us, the first time). Friendly, knowledgeable pilot. Highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience.

When we arrived they informed us that tours were on hold til 4:00 because of high winds. Might cancel, might fly. At 4:10 there’s an announcement that we’re flying and that it will be bumpy. No one takes care to tell us that it is 100% safe. This is a once in a lifetime so we go, apprehensively. Our pilot also did not come on the headset to quell fears when we were being kicked around by the wind like we were a tic tac 4,000 feet above the Grand Canyon. When I was able to set aside the fear that my husband and I were going to die and no one knows the code on our door to feed our cats, the view was incredible. Don’t regret it, but their “bedside manner” could have been so much better.

What a fabulous Grand Canyon & Hoover Dam trip we had with our pilot Devon C . We sat at the front of the helicopter with Devon which was amazing and he was really brilliant at giving us lots of information . From being picked up by their driver to doing the tour and being dropped off again we have to say thank you !

What a fabulous Grand Canyon & Hoover Dam trip we had with our pilot Devon C . Would loved to have done this. Unfortunately three of our party of six became sick about 10:00p the night before our7:55a. Out of an abundance of caution for the Helicipter employees and the santizing that would have been needed we canceled by email and by Voice mail about 4:00a that morning. I told them I would appreciate any refund. The guy answered my email a few days later and said they would refund one person. I have not seen my credit card bill and do not know if that happened or not. I was hoping for 50%, but will appreciate any amount. ( Petries from Kentucky)

Absolutely fabulous. Ali our pilot was a gem. So friendly and made even the more nervous flyers feel relaxed with her chat and uplifting personality, and she was obviously a very experienced pilot, Ali's musical soundtrack added the perfect ambience. Picnic and chat in the canyon is somethin I thought you can only imagine doing, OMG has to been seen,photos don't do this wonder of the world justice. The whole experience from hotel pick up to drop off was amazing. I would 100% recommend this company and the trip. Unlike some tours 85%of your trip is in the helicopter which is well worth the extra few dollars.

5 stars because the ride was amazing. The only downfall which was unfortunate, was that everyone except the people in my helicopter got to take a photo in front of their helicopters. I was looking forward to that for memories. We got super close up photos sitting in the helicopter.
