From the moment of speaking to a rep on the phone to confirm our reservation to the moment of exiting the building to leave was great customer service! A member in our group has mobility challenges and is in a wheelchair. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful! The ground crew members were exceptionally helpful with getting him on and off the helicopter. The pilot controlled the aircraft smoothly and kept the speed at a nice rate to allow us to really take in the beauty of the canyon. The facility and aircraft were clean and appeared very well-maintained. I highly recommend this tour company!!

Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend this adventure. Just be sure to check and double check and triple check that your initial photos get uploaded. Our photos were “accidentally” deleted and. Ever made it to Taggable, so, we don’t have a pic with our pilot. Papillon and Taggable customer service is TERRIBLE when it comes to responses. If you don’t see your photos with 5 hours call Papillon immediately and often.
