STAY AWAY if you do not want to be cancelled a minute before departure!! I would have given zero stars! Our Tour Was cancelled TWICE in one day. On my very birthday for which I flew to Vegas from Germany I was cancelled in the morning for the tour at midday and offered another one in the evening because they only fly from 4 people and we were only two. Bummer. So we changed all plans for the evening after I even called an hour before pick up time to confirm if the tour will take place and it was confirmed by one of their staff. So we cancelled everything and changed all plans, left our poolday early to go to the tour JUST TO BE CALLED AT THE PICKUP TIME that the tour is cancelled due to the weather. The weather was exactly the same since we arrived here 7 days ago! Nothing changed, perfect sunshine and other companies were flying as planned. Also their strip tours were still available, since more people book them. Apparently then the weather is no problem. So if you dont want your plans to be cancelled a minute (!!!) before, book a different company and STAY AWAY from this one. Oh and refund will take them 7-10 days… !

Seeing the Grand Canyon by helicopter was amazing. It really helped us understand just how vast the Canyon is. While we would have loved to have a longer ride, what we did have was great and I highly recommend it.

Not great. We got the minibus up to the base and was inducted and they then cancelled the flight because the weather was too hot. It was cancelled yesterday and today could have been predicted as the weather the same today!!! Not sure why they didn’t abort earlier as would have saved us half a day of our valuable Las Vegas holiday!!!!
