Our pilot Kane was incredibly friendly and funny. We had an amazing tour to the grand canyon. We were offered cold beverages and snacks at our 30 minute stay in the grand canyon. The pilot was able to provide us with a lot of interesting information all throughout our trip. We highly recommend flying with papillon!

I booked directly with Papillon after some research and wanted to make sure it was with a reputable company vs an agent trying to sell it to me in the shopping mall. Service was excellent from the timely pick up to the swift boarding when we got to the helipad just a short drive out of Las Vegas. Our pilot Nat was a bit of a legend, knowledgeable of the area and he inspired confidence. His relaxed attitude made our first helicopter ride fun. Stopping in the Canyon for 30 mins is adequate time to see what is around and experience the peace of the canyon. Thanks Nat!

I'm appalled by the terrible customer service and very poor organization! They didn't even try to find a solution so we could fly, knowing it was their problem. Don't ask your customers to arrive early to fly anyway, only to waste our afternoon and then cancel! I do not recommend them! (Original) Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre 0 ! Nous avons donc attendu 2h pour finalement nous dire que nous ne pouvons pas volé alors que plein d’autres personnes ont volé avant nous ! Ils ne nous propose pas d’autres solutions appart un remboursement ou de voler le lendemain ! Le road trip étant organisé depuis plus d’un an cela n’est pas possible de décaler ! Je déplore un service client déplorable ainsi qu’une organisation très médiocre ! Ne cherchant pas de solution pour que nous puissions volé sachant que c’est un problème de leur côté. Ne demandez pas à vos clients de venir en avance pour voler dans tous les cas et nous faire perdre notre après-midi et finalement annuler! Je déconseille !
