My husband is in a wheelchair. Before we made reservations I asked a lot of questions. I was told they would not transfer him to plane but they didn't give me details on layout seats or anything like that. I was told that we would be reimbursed our hotel pickup since they don't have accesible transportation (it is included in ticket price) eventhough we were near enough to circus circus (one hotel over at Hilton World Resorts) that if they did we could had just walked next door. So when we arrived they only reimbursed us $75 of our $130 cab fare both ways. So we ended up paying an extra $110 expense we didn't know we would have to pay. My husband is 6ft plus so getting him into plane was difficult as he has to duck in the wheelchair and I had to physically transfer him to the plane as they would not due to insurance policies. A heads up on needing to bring a transfer board would had been great as well. The plane ride itself was beautiful and we got safely back to his chair that they held on to for him while we flew. The ride itself was amazing and our pilot and the tarmac staff was also great. I just wish they would had, had a transfer board or have me the heads up to bring one and also wish they would had told me there was a cap on the taxi tab as these would had been things we would had considered in our decision since we had already paid almost $600 for the 75min experience. So beware wheelchair users you will pay more than just the sticker cost if you need handicap transportation, only able bodied cost is included in the tickets. Much love out there and don't miss out on life because the man brings you down.

What a great way to see the Grand Canyon. Our pilot Kevin was awesome and made the flight very enjoyable. We definitely would recommend flying out of Vegas with the included hotel pick up and drop off service.

Pickup and drop off at convinient hotels on the strip, it was an overall great experience. The views were breathtaking. But the best part, after seeing and being in one of the 7 wonders of the world of course, was David. He was our pilot, tour guide, host, waiter, and for our tour, our bff. From his spot on dad jokes to his perfectly crafted musical playlist, he was perfect. Highly recommend Papillon, and if you get a choice, ask for David.
