Absolutely brilliant experience with Papillon and our pilot, Devon. We flew from Las Vegas, over the strip, Boulde City, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and landed in the Canyon. Lovely touch with a glass of bubbles in the Canyon floor. Devon was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. The helicopter provided excellent views all round and a very smooth flight. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I liked the fact that we were not pressured either for add ons. I would absolutely recommend this if you have the chance.

Great experience, we took the Grand Canyon West Rim Aerial Tour by Plane from Las Vegas. The company picked us up from our hotel via shuttle, and the experience was an hour long of flight time which was exactly what was advertised. Our pilot Andrew and co-pilot Sarah were great and made the experience enjoyable. Only downside is that it is a small plane, so if you are prone to motion sickness you might want to reconsider. Overall great experience, would definetely recommend.

Great experience, we took the Grand Canyon West Rim Aerial Tour by Plane from Las Vegas. Our reservation stated a 10:15 am departure, but we arrived 30 minutes early as indicated, and we finally boarded the helicopter at 11:45 am, and only then because I had to ask when we would be flying! I deducted one star because of the 1.5-hour delay and the lack of any explanation in French in the headset, as promised! (Original) Super expérience le survol en hélicoptère 🚁 du Grand Canyon. Nous y sommes allés en famille avec nos 2 filles de 20 et 19 ans qui ont été enchanté de ce 1 er vol. Magnifique avec un grand soleil, cela donne une autre perspective de ce magnifique lieu. Nous aurions regretté de ne pas l’avoir fait. Concernant l’organisateur du vol, cela laisse à désirer car beaucoup d’attente, nous devions décoller selon la réservation à 10h15, nous sommes bien arrivés avec 30 minutes d’avance comme indiqué et nous sommes montés dans l’hélicoptère à 11h45 et encore parce que je suis allée demander quand nous passerions ! J’ai enlevé 1⭐️ car 1h30 de retard et 0 explications en français dans le casque comme cela était prévu !

My husband and I booked the Golden Eagle Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour. We had a fantastic time. We were picked up from the Bellagio and dropped off on site. We checked in and watched a safety video. Our pilot was named Dean. He guides us to the helicopter and reviewed the safety procedures. In the air he was very nice telling us about everything we passed through and had some great music. The gift shop was cute and they dropped us off where we were picked up.

I believed Captain Jimmy is doing standup comedy show at strips as well ~ Should rank five stars, but the agent change our schedule twice without any explanation, caused some for my trip planning....
