During our flight you get plenty of Information on the things you can see by your pilot. Rafael is the best and is always up for a chat and answers every question you might have. Would recommend anytime!

Unfortunately, this was an extremely disappointing experience for me, especially considering how much money we paid for it. The way it works, your seat is assigned to you based on weight, and I was the very unlucky customer who was placed in the back, squished in the middle. I could not see the view in front of me because there were other passengers seated in front/beside the pilot, and I could not see through either of the sides because there were other passengers on either side of me blocking the view. In all honesty, I was just waiting for the 25-minute journey to end because I was barely able to see anything and so incredibly upset by my bad luck. If papillon is going to assign seats based on weight (and if there is no way around that) they should absolutely charge guests based on WHERE they are seated. For the view I received, I should not have paid more than $75 USD. Instead, I ended up paying more than $300 for an exceptionally disappointing view. Not at all impressed by this experience. I strongly, STRONGLY discourage anyone from booking with Papillon. It is just not worth the money if you have the misfortune of being placed in the middle two back seats.
