Apparently if you send them your credit card info and they send you a confirmation number with your reservation number 6 months in advance it doesn't mean you have a reservation. They cancelled the reservation and never told us so the day before our planned flight we called to ask a few questions and they said they were booked full and they had cancelled our flight because even though they took our credit card info they didn't actually charge it but they had no explanation for us as to why.

Very happy with the helicopter canyon tour operated by Papillon. Good value and professionally conducted by pilot Rafael. The whole operation was informative and exhilarating and I felt particularly comfortable and safe with Rafael’s smooth flying. Hope to do it again another time.

Although the official website mentions the duration as approximately 10-15 minutes, our flight from takeoff to landing was under 10 minutes. After browsing reviews on Google, it seems others have also had varying experiences, with some flights being shorter or longer than ours.

My third time doing the Canyon by helicopter and absolutely the best this time. Everything went to plan, from hotel pick-up and drop off, to the booking and front desk service staff at the office. Our pilot Ali was amazing, she had great knowledge, was a lot of fun, even throwing in some pretty soft landings. Highly recommend this tour and would also recommend paying the bit extra if you can secure the front row seats, well worth it for the extra view. For those who post detracting comments, this is a helicopter flight, subject to many potential issues like plane flights do sometimes. I travel a lot, so you need to get used to living with them, life is too short.

Er wordt geen uitleg gegeven over wat je ziet en waarom sommige punten speciaal zijn. Je krijgt via je koptelefoon alleen een heel oud muziekje te horen. Ook vlieg je redelijk hoog en hadden wij stiekem gehoopt meer door de Canyon te gaan inplaats van alleen maar erboven te blijven. Was een unieke ervaring en wij zouden het iedereen aanraden, een tweede keer zouden wij niet doen.

BEWARE. 45 min flight at 16.10 was "visually" wonderful. But there was no audio or narrative to explain what we were seeing, which substantially diminished our full trip experience. When we complained to Papillon, they could not provide an explanation for this error & offered us a free photograph & a written narrative of what we should have heard!! Papillon basically did not want to know nor respond to our complaint in a helpful manner. Not what i would expect for $900. Poor service. BEWARE. MAKE SURE YOU THE AUDIO IS OPERATING BEFORE YOU TAKE OFF.
