At least 6 people (+captain) in the helicopter. It means that 1 seat is front row, amazing view and enough space, 2 seats are ok, next to big windows. Additional 2 seats are not so good, in a row of 3 seats with limited view, and 1 seat is really bad in the middle, without view and there is no space. Price is the same for all seats, which is nonsense, so based on luck, maybe you’ll enjoy or not. I got the worst seat, so I tried to discuss about it with the recepsionist, wrote mails, but they don’t care and not giving me an answer. Besides this everyone needs to confirm the travel 24 hours before, however the whole price is already payed. If you miss the confirmation, they are allowed to give your seat to some else, no matter if you already payed. The confirmation is possible only via phone, and you need to try 3-4 times, 5-10 mins waiting time until someone will answer. Customer service is 0.

Apparently if you send them your credit card info and they send you a confirmation number with your reservation number 6 months in advance it doesn't mean you have a reservation. They cancelled the reservation and never told us so the day before our planned flight we called to ask a few questions and they said they were booked full and they had cancelled our flight because even though they took our credit card info they didn't actually charge it but they had no explanation for us as to why.
