Making Money > Customer Care I am so incredibly disappointed in my decision to go with this tour company and will never go with them again!!! We arrived at1:30PM for our 2PM tour. Was told that the tour was downgraded due to the winds. Totally fine- we can do the shorter tour. Unfortunately, they put us to the side and an hour and a half later (after watching countless groups come in behind us and take off before us- it was unbelievable), we were ushered to a smaller plane, not even the red helicopter we signed up for. Smaller aircraft means more turbelence/less stable, which meant for a very unpleasant flight! The pilot was amazing with the circumstances he was dealt with and I fault him none. I do fault a company whose main goal is turn a profit versus care for the customer.
