It felt misleading to be encouraged to pay for something we would eventually have access to without the additional charge. Overall, the combination of a significantly shorter flight than expected and the questionable upselling left us feeling dissatisfied. We walked away feeling somewhat cheated on what was supposed to be a memorable experience. Given the high cost of the tour, it’s disappointing to have left with such a feeling. The silence in the canyon was deafening! Our pilot, Robin, was professional and well informed. My only complaints? The actual trip itself is very rushed, and a snack is not lunch. I was promised lunch in the canyon.

Making Money > Customer Care I am so incredibly disappointed in my decision to go with this tour company and will never go with them again!!! We arrived at1:30PM for our 2PM tour. Was told that the tour was downgraded due to the winds. Totally fine- we can do the shorter tour. Unfortunately, they put us to the side and an hour and a half later (after watching countless groups come in behind us and take off before us- it was unbelievable), we were ushered to a smaller plane, not even the red helicopter we signed up for. Smaller aircraft means more turbelence/less stable, which meant for a very unpleasant flight! The pilot was amazing with the circumstances he was dealt with and I fault him none. I do fault a company whose main goal is turn a profit versus care for the customer.
