We got there early, went through the training and after waiting nearly 45 minutes after our reserved time, the team said it would be another 15 minutes. No one came to update us, we had to do the inquiring. Finally had to ask for a refund because we had other things planned. I don’t understand how a company cannot manage their schedule. Very disappointed.

My wife and I really enjoyed our trip to the Canyon, we got some fantastic views and photos. Pilot, Tony was great gave us lots of information and the music was great. Coming back into Vegas at sunset and seeing all the colours was brilliant.
