We really enjoyed the whole experience. They picked us up right on time from our hotel, the check-in ladies were very kind, the pilot was very knowledgeable & funny (awesome flight playlist), and the sights were breathtaking. One of our favorite things we’ve done over the years. Highly recommend!

I recently experienced the Papillon Celebration Tour to the Grand Canyon, and it was an unforgettable adventure. We had a great time. Robin, our pilot was very experienced and knowledgeable about the area as well as a great pilot. Had my reservations about flying in a helicopter but he made the experience enjoyable, also great music. The scenery was amazing!!!!!

No one came to pick us up at our hotel (as I've read in other reviews that this has happened to other people), even though the tour included pick-up. No one showed up or even tried to contact us. When booking the tour, they don't provide any contact information, except for their office number, which doesn't operate on weekends or before 8 am. After several complaints by email, I received a brief reply from the company saying that the pick-up was scheduled at another hotel (which is completely untrue, since Civitatis later confirmed that it was perfectly clear that the pick-up was at our hotel, and I had sent them a message the day before insisting on the pick-up location). I think they simply didn't have enough people booked and it wasn't worth it for them to run the trip with only two people, so they chose not to show up, ruining our day.
