Hola, el día de hoy mi grupo tuvimos una mala experiencia en el tour. El transporte al helipuerto perfecto, sin embargo ya estando en el helipuerto después del check in, todos los pasajeros se fueron y nuestros grupo 5, junto con un grupo de 2 personas, nos dejaron esperando aproximadamente 1 hora esperando para despegar, al llegar no pudimos disfrutar el gran cañón estuvimos aproximadamente 15 minutos, por lo tanto no pudimos disfrutar el paisaje, tomar las fotos necesarias, disfrutar los aperitivos ya que teníamos que regresar al transporte, algo pésimo.

Sadly worst helo tour we’ve done. First we purchased the premium Imperial tour with a dedicated helicopter for our group. But when we arrived 30 mins before was told that route wasn’t possible because of winds - replacing it with the shortest tour and that if we wanted the tour we booked we could come another day. We drove half a day specifically for this and didn’t have the flexibility. The refund was ~25% even though it’s half the tour. Noting they aren’t in control of the weather nor our schedule - but thought the refund was stingy and the delivery from the front desk was pretty cold / take-it-or-leave-it which didn’t make the pill go down smoothly at all. Then we got in the aircraft, even though we had the whole aircraft they sat some of us in the back (not the front). Additionally the radios didn’t work for my wife, despite trying 4 headsets so she couldn’t hear or talk for the (shorter) trip. Which takes a fair bit of the fun out of it. Along with all the above the pilot didn’t seem to know much about the canyon so couldn’t answer my questions. He was nice enough but would be good to get some information, more than ‘it’s a big hole in the ground’. Overall very disappointing for how expensive it was. Also noting we’ve flown with this company before in Vegas and it was night-and-day difference in service. Do not recommend.

Had a great experience today with Papillon, the views of the canyon and dam were brilliant. Thanks again to the pilot Tucker who made it an even better experience! Definitely worth doing and I highly recommend.

David, our pilot was fantastic, I was super curious about the aircraft and he answered all my questions in detail. The entire experience between the music during the flight, the information David providing about our scenery, and the sights were magnificent. Next time I am in Vegas I will definitely be doing this experience again. Thanks again David for such a great first helicopter trip!!
