What an incredible experience! The perfect way to kick off 2025! Pilots Jesse and Aaron were the consummate Hosts for this epic adventure! Aaron was very knowledgeable about the area and everything that we were seeing and Jesse made everyone feel incredibly at ease and had a great sense of humor. The flight itself was unforgettable. The professionalism of both pilots was off the charts. The perfect landing and takeoff! We got lucky and there was very little turbulence, it was a sunny day and we couldn’t have asked for better light. Myself and my partner received a memory that will not soon forgot. I would highly recommend this company and these pilot specifically. They made everything just perfect. Merry Christmas and a Happu New Year to all! Five stars all the way.

Our pick up point was the underground tour bus lobby at Planet Hollywood. From the poor information provided it was almost impossible to find. It was a good job we had planned arrive early and only just got on the bus in time! On the return journey we received no information at the airport after we had landed. we expected a minibus to collect us as before. A coach arrived unannounced and apparently everyone had to get on it. The available drop off points were not made clear and rhe driver was the most unagreeable person I've met in the USA since arriving 2 days ago! Lots of svope for improvement!
