This was supposed to be my first excursion after landing. Without my consent, they switched the departure time from my chosen slot @10pm to 9pm because of lack people. I paid for a 10 pm slot and that should have been honored. They did attempt to contact me a few hours before, but I was on a 5 hour flight on my way so couldnt answer. However, the kind lady was able to reschedule me in for the following evening and i was still able to get front seat. It was a beautiful experience. I'd give 5 stars if it weren't for the time changes. I was on a tight schedule and couldnt really afford delays.

Kane was an absolute legend. He was very knowledgeable and had an awesome sense of humour. The entire experience from the take off to landing in the Grand canyon was fantastic. Once again thanks Kane for elevating the tour to the next level. Yes it is expensive but would do it again no questions asked.

What an amazing experience! We loved every second of it. The canyon during sunset was stunning. Wished we could’ve done a 360 during the sunset to be able to admire better the golden light on the canyon (we were facing the sun the whole way back). It was also even more interesting with everything Henry thaught us with a touch of humor. We felt incredibly safe the whole time. Every staff member was very kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an incredible experience on the small plane, the helicopter and the pontoon boat ride! Everyone who took us on our excursion was so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.The weather was absolutely perfect. The views were gorgeous!We would highly recommend this company and their excursions!
