Unfortunately we were grounded about 5 seconds after takeoff due to "low clouds in the canyon". Understand that safety comes first but they wanted to reschedule us for two days later despite telling them we were only there that day. Had to ask for a supervisor as the answers we where getting where ridiculous. Finally got a new time later in the day but even that was grounded, eventually got money back a week later (rather annoying considering they charge you in full instantly upon reserving, they could at least be equally quick in refunding)

Had a great pilot. The take off and landing was so gentle. I booked the 30 min tour. This took us over the canyon and the views were awe inspiring. The helicopter that I used held 5 people so one of my family had the great experience of being sat in the front seat. Only downside was that our flight was changed to a different time, but we were not notified so we had to wait around for an hour, otherwise this was a great experience and excellent tour

Our helicopter tour from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon was absolutely excellent! The breathtaking views from above were unlike anything we’ve ever seen, and the ride itself was smooth and comfortable. The pilot was knowledgeable and provided fascinating insights about the area. It was such a unique way to experience the natural beauty of the Grand Canyon. The entire trip was well-organized and truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this incredible adventure!
