Per il prezzo pagato l’escursione e’ molto povera. Il tempo effettivo è di 1 ora e 40 minuti tra volo e sosta a terra nel Canyon. Di volo effettivo nel canyon non più di 10 minuti Trasferimento da hotel ad eliporto e viceversa molto lungo e con un mezzo molto datato per il ritorno.

Transfer war insofern katastrophal, weil der Fahrer Gas gibt, aufhört, Gas gibt, aufhört und immer so weiter. Genauso Bremsen, fahren, Bremsen, fahren… Kein anständiges konstantes Fahren oder Bremsen, sodass mir beim Hintransport und Rücktransport wirklich schlecht wurde. Am Flughafen wurde alles schnell kontrolliert. Unser Pilot Miguel ist sehr gut geflogen. War ein angenehmer Pilot. Cooler Typ. Der Plan war jedoch viel zu hektisch. Man fliegt mit dem Helikopter zum Ladeplatz (ca. 35min), steigt aus, darf kurz ein paar Fotos machen, schnell etwas trinken & den kurzen Snack essen (ingesamt 20-30 min., die vergingen wie 5 min), dann wieder zurück geflogen (ca. 35min).. Insgesamt mit Flug und dem Aufenthalt am Grand Canyon nur ca. 1,5 Stunden. Gebucht war eine deutschsprachige Tour. War es jedoch definitiv nicht. Angegeben waren 4,5 Stunden. Knapp die Hälfte der Zeit geht auf den Transport. Alles in einem würde ich es für dieses Geld nicht empfehlen. Zu teuer. Zu kurz. Zu hektisch.
