non siamo partiti subito perché c'era un problema ad un sistema di back up, ma meglio così che partire i certi. abbiamo cambiato aeroplano e il pilota Craig è stato molto bravo anche come guida.

Disapointing expierence, we got into old helicoper with obstructed view. Some helicopers has nice transparent views, but not in our case. I could manage with rhat, but not with not working headset. We could hear only pilot, although it was communicated that we could talk to each other. Unfortunately nobody heard me, so I wonder what would happen if anyone fell sick? Pilot just wouldn’t mind it… Next disapintment was no proper sound to hear audio guide, that was such pain… I just heard some noise of someone telling stories which I couldn’t hear, from my perspective that is part of expierence. It might be they thiught we do not understand english, but that’s not my case, I do appreciate guidance and story of what I see. When I came back, I claimed my expierence, an actually nobody care… just asked if I tried to fix my mike and volume, which I did, although noone introduced it. Nobody cared and just focused on next customers. Advertised as “bucket list expierence”, I would say waste bin expierence for ~300$ It is better to take a walk along Grand Canyon, much more pleaseure.
