Great trip excellent pilot the helicopter was very well presented clean and comfortable the landing site was a great place to take photos of the Grand Canyon and the temporary shelters erected were on site perfect for keeping us out of the direct sun light while we were having our snacks. Pilot/Guide did a great job of keeping the trip on time both flying the helicopter and at the landing site definitely would recommend this tour.

Great experience. Our pilot Gerald was very welcoming and engaging. The helicopter ride into the canyon (west rim) was 45 mins each way. The route there was so scenic, and Gerald directed our attention to so many points and provided some history/facts about the area. When we landed, we were given 30 mins to explore and take pictures, and Gerald provided us a glass of champagne and a basket with some snacks. Although I really enjoyed the experience, we weren't given enough time to explore. I already spent two nights in the south rim, so it didn't bother me, but if the helicopter ride was my only experience of the grand canyon, it would have felt extremely rushed. Most of the tour is spent on the bus from the hotel and in the helicopter on the way to the canyon.

The best day ever! Mike our pilot was fantastic! We had a brilliant flight and even took us back through the canyon on the way back, sky walk was good and the bar at the sky walk had great views too! Guano was ok, I would not take kids here! As there are no railings around the edges, but if your happy staying near the skywalk and having some lunch I would just do this, fantastic day out and the views are breathtaking taking in the helicoptor

very well organised from point of booking to the actual trip. pick up was good from the hotel , Raphael our pilot was lovely. really pleasant guy. did the trip over the Grand Caynon for my daughters 21st birthday, she didn't get the best seat on the helicopter, but Onalina at Papillon sorted things for her to make her birthday great.
