We had the most amazing flight over the Grand Canyon. Our pilot Kacie was even moved herself. The weather was a gift from heaven with sun and clouds and no wind. Pictures turned out beautifully. We had the last flight of the day, and if we return we will do another trip with Papillon and we will definitely ask to fly with Kacie. Thank you so much!

Just took a 25-30 min helicopter tour over the Gran Canyon, and had a horrible experience. I was super uncomfortable could not appreciate the view, could not take pictures. Expected better quality.

Grand Canyon tour was amazing! Picked up at our hotel on time by shuttle, taken to airport and was greeted by friendly and professional staff! Our pilot Jimmy was absolutely fantastic, he was friendly and very knowledgeable. We landed in the canyon and had snacks and champagne. The view was spectacular! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Danny and Mechelle.

We reserved the Grand Kingdom tour about a month before our vacation in Arizona. All online paperwork went perfectly. A friendly live person answered the phone when I needed to ask a question. We showed up at the airport on April 21 as scheduled and everything there went like clockwork. You get a training film, a float pack, a comfortable waiting area, clean restrooms, free parking, and a nice gift shop. A computer program decides who goes into what helicopter and exactly where they sit, and a fun guy coordinates your exit to the aircraft. This company has its act together. All its people were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Our front-seats upgrade came through, and the amazing tour lasted what seemed like well over an hour. Our pilot was an ace and such a nice guy -- Alex showed us all the stunning sights in the eastern sector between the South Rim and the North Rim. Seeing the North Rim was a bonus we didn't expect. It is so different from South Rim. Inside the canyon, Alex took us over long expanses of the Colorado River. Words really can't describe the experience or the views. We felt safe and in good hands during the entire tour. I hugged Alex and nearly wept after we landed back at the airport, it was such a moving and perfect experience. Thank you Alex! I highly recommend Papillon and their South Rim tour operation and its staff. And the Grand Kingdom tour is a standout!!!

Lovely experience and happy having selected Vegas to Gran Canyon with landing in the canyon. Long flight, good pilote, nice time for the first flight in the morning. Good pickup and back in the hotel. Sad not being with y wife to the front after booking this option 3 months in advance, accepting to pay more for this, and they have left one seat free at the front. Excuse is not acceptable. Otherwise, all good.
