The flight itself was breathtakingly beautiful. Our pilot (Martin) guided us safely and courteously through each phase of the flight. The music played at certain points was perfect for us and really enhanced the experience. The somewhat negative reviews regarding visibility from some seats initially made us skeptical. However, we can't confirm this experience. At least in the EC145 helicopters, the view is good even from the middle seats (we were assigned a window seat and one to its right in the middle). For us, the flight was one of the highlights of our USA trip, and we can wholeheartedly recommend Papillon Helicopters. (Original) Wir haben ganz spontan am Morgen noch für den gleichen Tag gebucht. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit war die Buchungsbestätigung da und der Ablauf vor Ort lief total reibungslos und zügig. Der Flug selbst war atemberaubend schön. Unser Pilot (Martin) hat uns sicher und freundlich durch die Phasen des Fluges geleitet. Die Musik die man zeitweise eingespielt bekommt, hat für uns super gepasst und den Flug richtig gut untermalt. Die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen bezüglich der Sicht von manchen Plätzen aus haben uns erst skeptisch gemacht. Wir können diese Erfahrung aber nicht teilen. Zumindest bei den EC145 Hubschraubern sieht man auch von den mittleren Plätzen aus gut (wir hatten ein Platz am Fenster und einen rechts davon in der Mitte zugewiesen bekommen). Für uns war der Flug eines der Highlights unserer USA Reise und wir können Papillon Helicopters guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

An exceptional morning
An amazing experience landing in the Canyon for a champagne picnic. I was very nervous as I suffer with motion sickness but the flight was so smooth. Duncan who flew the helicopter was brilliant! He gave us a guided tour along the way of what we were flying over/ looking at. The ladies at the check in counter were all lovely, and one of them helped put me at ease with my nervousness. I chose this trip as a 40th birthday celebration, and I’m so glad I did.

Fantastic experience ! Martin our pilot's sense of humour both with his narration and choice of music at certain points was great. He sgared knowledge of different parts of the Canyon which was interesting. Flying from the forest and then overwinter the Canyon was simply breathtaking!
