Incredible trip and a great tour by our pilot Robin. Pity the trip was ruined by an astonishingly rude bus driver who refused my hotel transfer without much care or manners. He just said "NO" and stared at me like I was an idiot for asking, before walking off. I ended up spending a total of $60 on Ubers and I did not get the hotel transfer advertised.

mitch was a knowledgeable, personable and fun pilot! he had lots of interesting knowledge about the area, was funny, interactive with everyone on the flight and was super accommodating!

It was excellent. We felt safe with our guide. There were only 4 people so we all got a good view. Saw the south and north rim twice, both rivers, and water buffalo. Felt it was priced well and felt satisfied after.

Had to reschedule to sunset flight and customer service was fantastic from reception staff at Papillon. Was nervous as hadn’t been on a helicopter but it was amazing and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. One off the bucket list for sure. Many thanks for an amazing trip.
