I recently took the long helicopter tour with Papillon, a 40–50 minute trip covering the North, East, and South Rims, including beautiful views of Rama Shrine, Vishnu Temple, Shiva Temple, deep canyon formations, and even icy stretches of the Colorado River. The experience itself was stunning. The pricing is on the expensive side—around $400, and if your weight is above 299 lbs, they charge an additional amount depending on the ride you choose. Even though it’s pricey, the views and overall flight experience feel worth it. However, the biggest downside is the staff. The front office/reception and other supporting staff were very rude, which really affects the overall experience, especially for a premium-priced tour. 0/5 for staff Another major disappointment: • Despite spending $400+, they don’t allow a single picture with your own mobile, either before or after the flight. • They only provide one printed photo, and that too for an extra $25 per person. • Not even a basic video of the tour (even a pre-recorded one) is included, which almost every helicopter tour company provides nowadays. The pilot, however, was excellent—professional, friendly, and made the ride smooth and enjoyable. My rating: 5/5 for the pilot only. For the overall service, the lack of photos and the rude staff bring the experience down significantly.

Wow what an experience! The whole day was amazing, our pilot Sarah was great, she was fun & knowledgeable, the helicopter & boat ride down the river was breathtaking as well as seeing the Grand Canyon from atop. Definitely a trip worth taking!!

The experience was fun but in no way worth the price of the expensive tickets. The show was okay. Glad I went but wouldn’t go again or recommend. The whole thing is overpriced and underwhelming.

We Rode with Ethan from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon and back. Great and smooth flight, good music having everything to do with flying, terrific scenery. interacted with the pilot, who was funny and informative. Highly recommended.
