If I could give 10 stars I would! It was my cousin and my first time ever in a helicopter and it was a great experience! Our pilot Raphael was fantastic! He was very personable. He showed us many sights on the way to the Grand Canyon and gave us some history lessons. He kept the vibe upbeat and the music flowing for the ride most notably the top gun song “highway to the danger zone “! I felt like maverick in the cockpit! I would recommend this experience to anyone! Just do it!!!!

I had a very good flight with my wife and even though I was a nervous passenger it was ok. There was lots to see and the pilot who flew was a very knowledgable guy and was great for giving us a running commentary on where we were.

First Time on a Chopper

The flight was super smooth and beautiful. The pilot was informative and entertaining without being over bearing. We had great views long the way and got to see the Grand Canyon in a way we never have before. The exciting part is that this was my wife’ first adventure in a helicopter and she is still talking about days later. An awesome experience overall!

Awesome Trip

Flying over the Grand Canyon is the best way to appreciate its vastness. We did that, walked over the Skywalk, and ended at Guano Point (which is better than the Skywalk!). David was an informative and funny pilot. Highly recommend the trip.

Disappointed

My family and I had a bus tour out to Grand Canyon. Along the way we booked a helicopter flight down to the river along with a boat ride. I was excited after reading the positive reviews so we spent the money on it. Our pilot was like a mannequin. Did not say hello to any of us. I said hello and tried to get an expression out of him. But he ignored all of us. Did not say one word. Was very awkward for us all on the whole flight. He just had his music playing. We were told there will be a designated shuttle bus to take us to the skywalk when we got back and we could catch up to the rest of the tour. Upon our return our “designated” shuttle driver had to go do something else. So we had to go to main terminal and catch the other shuttle. Which we were told they were down one bus so we waited for about :30 minutes for shuttle to show up. By the time we got to sky walk we only had about 1/2 an hour left before we had to catch our bus back ti Las Vegas. So we ran on and off the skybridge. Then caught the shuttle to run over to Guano point to eat our lunch really fast. Run around to take a few quick pictures then had to get on our bus. If the helicopter tour had the shuttle for us like we weee told we would have when we got back we would have had more time to see the skybridge and guano point. Poor planning on their part and false information.

Had a great time!...

Had a great time! Something to know is this takes you to the west rim which is Native American lands, not the national park. Still lovely and not crowded. Michaela was our pilot and she was fantastic. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5, is the timing seemed incorrect. This was not a 7 hour tour and we did not have the amount of time listed in each location.

Must see, and be a Bad Witch!

We have attended other shows at the Sphere and it is such an amazing venue. This show works great in the Sphere to truly immerse the audience into the action. It feels as if the entire room is moving. The Tornado scene alone is worth the price of admission. I recommend the Bad Witch VIP tickets. The best seats in the house and the food prior to the show was fabulous!

Had an amazing time! Chris, our pilot was a fantastic guide. The flight was smooth and views were incredible. Wear comfortable shoes and leave small kids at home. Take water and be aware that you can't take a backpack on the helicopter.
