Julian was exceptional! His knowledge of the history, the area, the wines was excellent. Great sense of humour and just a nice guy. Sadly due to the weather the highlight of the trip for us would have been the boat trip however we were left to roam round Cassis in the rain for some hours. Perhaps some compensation for the major part of the trip would be in order.

Perfect day trip with Pauline

I had an amazing day exploring the villages, the castle and the vine road. Pauline was such a friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable guide, who gave us so much so much information, not just about the tour and where we are going but also any questions that we posted to her, or tips for our visit to nearby places. Having Pauline as the guide has totally make the day trip thousand times better. I couldn’t recommended this enough.

The perfect experience

I had really wanted to be able to explore the Alsace countryside without having to drive myself and this tour really exceeded expectations. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and showed us all his favorite spots making us feels like we got to experience a special part of French culture. I highly recommend!

Lots of interesting sites to see

Really nice drive into the country side , especially the visit to the very old hill top town of lesbaux ! Great views of the rocky area below ! Plenty of time to enjoy lunch and see enough of the very touristy town . The displays in Arles calling out locations were Vangogh was inspired were disappointing for the lack of information provided in English and the care or lack there of the painting replicates ! Driver was friendly and answered questions but lack of experience in calling out the details on the Arles walking tour was evident !

Anne was a great tour guide and excellent driver. She was very fluent in English and was even better with explaining wine and all of the Chateau's. She gave great recommendations for lunch during the tour as well as places in Bordeaux for later that evening. All three wineries were wonderful and all different values in price and aesthetic. Very happy we chose this tour!

A perfect day, especially in the rain in Bordeaux. Mathis was our tour guide. With clear communications and instructions prior to the tour, Mathis turned up on time and everyone was ready to enjoy ourselves. An excellent group size of just three couples, we were driven in a clean and comfortable Mercedes people carrier. Mathis was funny, engaging and knowledgeable. He was an excellent driver too. We were driven to 3 different vineyards, given guided tours in 2 and tasted wines in 3. We were never rushed and there was easy access to facilities, like bathrooms at every stop. The tour also took us to some of the most beautiful estates, even just to have photographs taken outside. Lunch in Pauillac was very pleasant and a good recommendation by Mathis again. We were back in Bordeaux by 5:30. All in all, a lovely tour, shared with other lovely guests.

The guide (Rodolphe) was terrific , other people on the tour was great and it was a really worthwhile/ informative afternoon. There just was not enough tasting I.E. , 2 tastes at 1 venue and 3 at another.

Great tour outside of Sarlat

Nice tour to explore area outside Sarlat The small towns were fun to wall around and views were incredible The castle were cool also The boat ride was relaxing and gave you a different view of the castle Lina was full of fun facts about the area She is a fantastic guide
