Exceptional full day tour— to all the important D-Day sites!

Tour guide (Pascal) was knowledgeable, passionate, and entertaining! He kept our entire group interested as he shared historical information, photos, and anecdotes about D-Day in Normandie. We visited many historic sites that helped reinforce this period in history. The pace was good for folks of all ages and the transportation was very comfortable. Pascal was also a very good driver. This was a full day tour (9-5) but it flew by because Pascal was so interesting! I highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic time in Alsace! Jerome was an amazing guide and the wines were delicious. We even got taste wines right next to an enormous stork nest! A great experience.

Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a significant amount of time speaking in front of Omaha beach. We only had 10 minutes to see pont du hoc and 15 minutes to see the American cemetery. The tour is done in a way that you arrive at a location, the guide speaks to you in one spot and shows pictures from a book and then when he’s finished there is time to walk around.

Der Ausflug war insgesamt enttäuschend. Die Dörfer und die Landschaft waren wunderschön, die Durchführung der Tour jedoch mangelhaft. Der Guide machte diese Tour offenbar zum ersten Mal und hat sich trotz Navi mehrfach verfahren. Viele Fragen zu den besuchten Orten konnte sie nicht beantworten, teilweise war sie selbst zum ersten Mal dort. Sie wusste weder, wo sich Parkplätze, öffentliche Toiletten oder die besten Aussichtspunkte befinden, noch konnte sie spontan Alternativen anbieten. Gleichzeitig zu fahren und Informationen zu vermitteln fiel ihr sichtbar schwer. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass sie sich bemüht hat, ihre fehlende Erfahrung durch Flexibilität auszugleichen. Zudem empfahl sie uns ein gutes Restaurant in Roussillon und reservierte dort kurzfristig einen Tisch.Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt betrifft den Veranstalter: Das ursprünglich gebuchte Programm wurde nach der Buchung geändert, ohne die Gäste darüber zu informieren.

Beautiful, educational and fun tour

Alex was the most experienced, knowledgeable, and chilled tour guide of all the 5 tour guides we experienced. We learned a lot from him about the culture, history, and geology of the region. He also provided great context to understand the regions' wines. This tour to Cassis and the calanques was beautiful and would get a 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that this expensive tour did not include lunch. The wine tasting was good but I had better in Bordeaux and it included lunch.

An amazing tour to a beautiful part of France!

This was a fantastic tour! Our guide, Violette, was wonderful - very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable about what we were seeing. The Alsace region is beautiful and utterly charming and has been a highlight of my trip thus far. I would highly recommend.
