Had a fantastic full-day tour with our tour guide, Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining and enthusiastic about the subject. His stories were engaging and woven so extremely well into the tour. The time flew by and I couldn’t have enjoyed myself more. I would absolutely recommend Matt for any future tour! Thank you for a great day!

Très déçue.. une grande réplique de la grotte mais sans âme. Ensuite plusieurs salles pour pour reexpliquer en long et en large ce que vous venez de voir.. ça ne vaut pas le prix d'entrée. Un niveau de sécurité surprenant (pas de sac à dos, ...) Sur le principe, j’ai préféré la grotte d’Arcy sur Cure dans l’Yonne : une grotte originelle qui a été habitée

Abrupt Ending?
We loved our guide and the knowledge provided about the city and local cuisine. However, we try to book a food/drink tour in each city when we travel to learn more about the scene and culture at the beginning of our visit, and to be honest, the quality of the stops was subpar with this tour. The gingerbread shop sampling at the beginning was wonderful, and to see the old wine cellar under the hospital was interesting (though no tastings there, which is ok). The local beer shop with a pretzel and a pour out of a can of beer is not what I would describe as part of a “gourmet” food tour. What surprised us the most is that before the last stop, after 90-95 minutes of the tour and checking into the restaurant, our guide said this is where he leaves us and to enjoy the rest of our day. We enjoyed the charcuterie with fromage and meat and wine pairings, but we did this on our own as if we were having a snack for lunch rather than as if we were on a tour (and honestly, the place was more touristy than we would have picked, e.g. a tourist was cooking tarte flampée when we entered). We were honestly confused and didn’t expect the abrupt ending to the tour, and I didn’t even get the chance to hand the tip to our guide. I really did enjoy aspects of the experience and our guide, but I would book a different tour if I could do this again. It’s expensive for the quality provided.

We had an absolutely perfect wine tour and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The first winery was our favorite. It was a small family run winery, which gave the whole visit so much charm and authenticity. The wines were honestly incredible, so good that we simply had to buy a few bottles to take home with us. Our guide, Violette, truly made the day unforgettable. She was one of the funniest and most down to earth people we have ever met. We shared so many great conversations and laughs with her, and her sense of humor and ironic wit made us feel completely at ease. It felt like we could talk about anything. During the second wine tasting, Violette led the presentation and it was clear how knowledgeable and passionate she is about wine. She became very focused and professional while presenting, but outside of that her lively, warm personality really shined through, and we loved that balance. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely made our experience special. We give Violette a 10 out of 10, both as a person and as a wine enthusiast. We sincerely wish her all the best and hope she pursues her dream of becoming a sommelier, because she would be absolutely amazing at it. Thank you for such a memorable day. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and we will definitely recommend this tour to others.

Wonderful lavender tour. Alex was a very knowledgeable guide who filled the 3 hours with information about the region, lavender production and even local museums. We loved sampling the local olive oil, almonds and lavender ice cream!

Valentin was our tour guide for the American D-Day Sites in Normandy Full-Day Tour. Valentin is very passionate about the history of D-Day and shared many stories about beach landings and what took place. I would recommend Valentin to anyone looking to learn more about D-Day history and have an awesome experience doing it.

Relaxing tour
Very nice tour. Violette was our guide and she was very informative. We were picked up in a Mercedes van which was clean and air conditioned. Violette used a microphone so that people in the back seat could hear her. The wineries were generous with both their time and their wine and there was time to purchase wine before leaving. Well worth the time.
