Excellent tour of Normandy

This tour was worth every penny. Maggie, our guide shared so much detail and many interesting facts. Her explanations really added to our understanding of the events of D Day.

We had an amazing experience with our guide Miriam! She was super helpful and very well informed about wines in the region. We visited to three winemakers and tasted multiple varieties at each stop, and were able to get a taste wines from each of the grapes the region had to offer. Would highly recommend, my friend and I had a lovely time.

Pascal gave us a wonderful history of the multi-country involvement in the D-Day invasion at Normandy. He not only was very knowledgeable about the history but he made it very interesting with the stories he told. My group truly enjoyed his lively presentation and solid knowledge about the invasion at Normandy.

My family enjoyed the tour; however, the chateaus we visited were not all to our liking. One was great, the second one repeated much of the information we learned from the first and the wine was meh. The third was pretty good. Dulce was EXCELLENT and if it was possible to choose her again we would. She took our knowledge level into consideration when providing information.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Personally, I would have preferred to leave Mont Saint Michel as soon as our tour was over and have lunch at some town on the way home.

Touring the medieval villages was well worth the time.

Our guide was Jerome and he was awesome. Throughout the tour he explained what each stop was and how long it would take to get there in case any of us needed to take a pit stop before the upcoming drive. Jerome was knowledgeable about each destination and answered all of our questions. He has a sommelier background so he was familiar with the Alsace wine industry, the area wine makers, and the technical aspects of growing grapes in the region. He even made an unscheduled stop along the Vine Route so we could get an up close look at grape vines. Jerome explained the pruning strategies used to maximize the grape flavors. I had little knowledge of Strasbourg prior to my visit, other than the German influence due to the proximity to the border. I was pleasantly surprised about all pretty villages and castles in the area. As well as getting some dining tips while in Strasbourg.

We had Alan as a tour guy, who is very knowledgeable, intelectual person who wanted us to love this region. Escorted us through towns, so we didn't waste time wondering around.

We had an incredible time! Miriam our guide was super friendly and informative, and was happy to answer all our questions. We visited three winemakers and tasted multiple varieties at each, and got to experience all the grapes the region has to offer. Would highly recommend, we loved this experience!

Great way to see Cassis and the Calanques. Wine tasting was fun.

Loved the boat ride to the Calanques. We had lots of free time to explore Cassis. Wine tasting was fun. Enjoyed going to the top of the cliff for incredible views.
