Great tour around some old french towns and a boat ride. Our guide, Anne, was fantastic. Very friendly and informative. She seems passionate about the local area. The recorded information on the boat was also very interesting. Well worth the price for everything you see.

We did the half day tour of Dordogne villages with Benoit as our guide and it was wonderful. The villages and gabarre ride are a must and Benoit was friendly, very knowledgeable and a great driver. Highly recommended

A wonderful tour of the Prehistory Museum in Les Eyzies, the Rouffignac Cave and Lascaux IV. Anne, our guide, was fabulous. She is extremely knowledgable about the area and its history and was very enthusiastic to share it with us. Her driving was excellent and we also enjoyed meeting the other members of the tour. All in all an extraordinary experience which we recommend to anyone who wishes to learn about this fascinating area.

Took a strip with Anne to the prehistoric sites and caves. She was outstanding and spoke excellent English. She gave us restaurant recommendations for Sarlat, as well. Superb driver, as well. Benoit took us to the scenic villages of the Dordogne and he was equally superb in the same respects. Thank you for providing such excellent service and great education.

Benoit lead a very interesting and well organized food tour while providing insight and history of historic medieval old town in Sarlat. The food stops were excellent and the proprietors were engaged and helpful in the offerings.

Anne was a fabulous guide- warm, enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgeable. We were the only ones booked on the Dordogne villages tour so we're lucky to have Anne to ourselves. Highly recommend.

We did 3 tours with Ophorus. The first was a private half day trip from Sarlat to Collonges La Rouge & Carennac Villages, second was half day trip from Sarlat to the villages of the Dordogne Valley and the third was half day trip from Sarlat to Rocamadour village. All these 3 trips were guided by Benoit. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and caring. My husband is suffering from Parkinson so he has a bit of mobility issue and throughout these 3 trips, Benoit really took good care of him. We have been on trips to Alsace and St Emilion with Ophorus in the past and have so far been very satisfied with their services. We have also recommended our friends to book with Ophorus for their day tours to Alsace.

We went on a walking/food tour in Sarlat with a small group and it was absolutely amazing. The organization from the start was easy with responsive staff and good communication. The day itself was even better, our guide, Anne, was knowledgeable and entertaining, we tasted products from local businesses which were delightful. It gave us a really good insight into the area in that short period of time.

We did the half day Dordogne Villages and Rocamadour trips with Benoit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Beynac et Cazenac was a highlight. Benoit was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and with a calm presence. Would recommend these tours.

While it was an expensive tour it was totally worth it. Ben, our guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. It was so relaxing to not have to drive and be in a small group, 5 plus Ben. It was perfect to go to the museum first, then Rouffanac and finish up at Lascaux. It was fantastic!

We took the half day tour to Lascaux and it was well worth the price. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. He shared history of the region and of the caves before we got to Lascaux. We even stopped a few times for him to point out significant sites. Lascaux was fascinating. We had a great English speaking guide. Never felt rushed. Couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
