Valentin’s knowledge and obvious passion about WWII History, accompanied by his local knowledge of the area, truly made this an unforgettable experience. His passionate and accurate storing telling throughout our day long tour made our time with fly by, and not wanting it to end. If there was ever a guide worth the money, Valentin is it. Couldn’t imagine trying to comprehend all the ins and outs DDay without him, it wouldn’t have scratched the surface of what we were able to learn and see with his knowledge.

An excellent tour of Cassis, the calanques along the coast and a great highlights tour of Marseilles. Alex our guide was amazing. Knowledgeable and helpful throughout the tour. The day was full of interesting historical and other information on the region and many other topics. We also enjoyed lunch in Cassis at the unique Chez Paulette a fusion of European and Asian food located among the old fishing harbour. Highly recommended and our thanks to Alex.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis! Unser Guide, Victor, erzählte uns während der Fahrt viel über die Geschichte von Normandie, besonders über Mont St Michel. Einfach spitze!!! Die Tour am frühen Morgen ist zu empfehlen, denn nachmittags ist der Mont St. Michel sehr voll mit Touristen.

This tour is a must do if you are in Bordeaux and want to do a wine tour. The guides are amazing and engaging throughout, the winery is beautiful and quaint, and Saint-Emilion is a charming village.

Hugo was an exceptional...

Hugo was an exceptional guide. He draws from an impressive depth of knowledge not only about Bordeaux wines, but also the history of the entire region from antiquity to the Second World War. He was also incredibly generous with his time and answered every question we threw at him. The chateau visit was excellent, but Hugo elevated the entire experience, including the drive and our time walking through Saint-Émilion. He is one of the best guides we have had anywhere in Europe - I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had a great and very personal tour with Ophorus. Charline was incredibly well informed and took us through Chambord and Chenonceau Chateaux in a way that was interesting and engaging. She also took us to a fabulous place for lunch which was a highlight. Highly recommend!
