Beautiful Day in Medoc

This was an extensive tour of the Haut Medoc region. Our guide, Oscar, was full of information about the region's history and culture. In addition to visiting 3 châteaux for tastings, we also stopped at several other châteaux just to take photos and admire the architecture. Oscar even added a chocolate tasting! The time on our own for lunch was lovely - we had plenty of restaurant choices and the little town, next to the river, was very nice. All in all, a great day!

Excellente journée au Mont St-Michel. Tout était parfait, mais un bâton pour monter les marches serait une bonne idée de le suggérer. La chauffeur de la minivan était excellente avec de línformation pertinente.

Our guide was a wonderful French woman who was extremely knowledgeable. The only problem was that she had a heavy French accent that was hard to understand at the most important part of her dialog. When we were at Omaha Beach we were rushed because of late arrivals and cold and heavy winds, unfortunately the guide didn't point out the sculptures in the sand, We only saw a quick view as we drove away, which was unfortunate. Overall, it was a very touching experience.

We had a wonderful time...

We had a wonderful time seeing a small village and tasting amazing wines. Our guide was filled with tons of information and she taught us so much about the wine making process, the tasting process, and the history of the area. The experience was smooth, fun, informative, and we saw very beautiful sights.

Fabulous trip with very knowledgeable and personable guide, Magali. By going on a tour you learn so much more about the history and come out with a better understanding of what you are seeing. We enjoyed visiting the smaller family owned wineries. The tastings were fun and plentiful. We learned about the many varieties in the Alsace region. Our guide Thierry was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a rental car in Paris and drove to Bayeax for this tour. Theo, the tour guide was great and informative and allowed enough time to roam about on our own to see things.
