We had a very relaxing and enjoyable day touring the Medoc wine area . Our guide Mathis was excellent. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the wine area he was showing us. We would highly recommend this tour with Orpheus and Mathis . Merci !!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The vineyard we visited was beautiful but the tasting was very quick. We'd have preferred to have time to explore the St Emilion village ourselves rather than being walked around by the tour guide.

DDay tour with Pascal-Highly recommend
Excellent tour! Our guide, Pascal was very knowledgeable, so interesting. We not only visited all the D-Day sites, but we were able to understand so much more from Pascal. The tour was amazing, moving, and the all day tour was the perfect length. Also, I had the best almond eclair at our lunch stop at a boulangerie.

A great experience packed into a short amount of time.
It's a good option if you don't have many days to spend in the area. Carlos, our guide, showed us the most important spots in each town and gave us recommendations for places to have lunch. He even took the time to stop and let us take some photos from a distance of a church that wasn't included in our itinerary.

Very insightful and informative but what put it above an informative tour was Victor’s enthusiasm and especially his insight to Bayeux. Being a hometown kid, he had some fun and interesting stories (about Kenin the Tour rider, etc.)

What an incredible tour!...
What an incredible tour! We loved everything about our day trip to Saint Emilion! Our guide Oscar was engaging and informative and took us to 3 of the best Chateau's in the region. We were there during Vintage and we got to see production along with tasting the fresh merlot juice. I can not recommend this tour highly enough!

Best tour of my trip, well worth it
This has been the best tour of my trip to Bordeaux. The guide was wonderful. She showed up on time, explained well what we would to, she was fun to escort us through the various areas (especially for lunch) and, not least importantly, she is a very good driver (in contrast to a driver I had for a different tour from a different company. Don’t take good driving for granted.) . We visited three châteaux. I’ll say two of them had superb wines that showed me that less expensive wines can be great and more expensive wines can be worth the money for some special occasions. I was definitely introduced to some great wines for which I will go hunting when back home.

Was OK, think twice!
The first stop was unacceptable. In a woman’s home, at her kitchen table and no tour of a vineyard at all. Same for the second stop, the vineyard rep was snotty and arrogant, and tiny “tastes”. Young gal should not be doing the tasting lead, especially when she was not well versed in the wines. Oliver was basically a driver, not a tour guide. Nice guy, but not for a $220 4 hour tour!

Pascal is a great storyteller and brought the stories to life. Very sobering experience which was treated with proper respect.

My husband and I, my sister and my niece had a wonderful 4 hour wine tour and visits to St. Emillion. Our guide was excellent, so informative. We went over wine tasting components on 4 different wines in the Bordeaux France areas. I would highly recommend the tour and out tour guide.

My friend and I loved this tour! We learned so much, but it wasn’t overwhelming. I really liked the locations that this tour took us to. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a good overview of some of the events of D-Day.

Trip was interesting. Jerome shared a lot of great information about the area. Only concern was that the most strenuous part of the outing was at the end and several people were not able to go to the castle. It should have been noted that this was not for anyone with a disability. Would have been fun to have ended with a winery visit instead.
