The wine tour to St Elillion was excellent and the host, Maid, was very knowledgeable, articulate and seemed genuinely interested in our satisfaction with the tour. The scenery was incredible and the wines were top notch.

Fantastisk tur med en fantastisk guide. Vi var bare oss to på tur (de andre som skulle være med var forsinket og rakk ikke frem i tide), så vi fikk guiden for oss selv. Han var svært kunnskapsrik, vi lærte masse om området og historie - og om vin selvsagt. Vi kjørte gjennom et nydelig landskap og smakte gode viner på to vingårder. En perfekt tur. Anbefales!

A great trip to Baden Baden and the Black Forest!
Our trip to Baden Baden and the Black Forest was excellent! Our guide - Jerome was extremely knowledgable so it was a great learning experience! We had plenty of time to wander ourselves to see the various places we visited and this was balanced really well with information from Jerome. A lovely day and well worth the price!

Amazing Wine tour
Our guide Mathis was specular. The tour was extremely pleasant, you didn’t realize that it was a full day tour. There was not worries of where to go what to do. You feel completely taken care of. All the hosts at the vineyards were very welcoming

This tour has convinced me I need to return again! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The vineyard we visited was not only beautiful but also very obviously a working chateaux so we got the real experience. The only thing I wish we could have done was have a bit more time in the village but it was just a half day tour.

Pasquel, our guide, was excellent, knowledgeable, entertaining and funny.. His knowledge of the D -day events is second to none. My only suggestion would be that maybe the description of the events of D day could be shortened a bit particularly on Omaha beach. Standing on the beach in one spot for 40 minutes got to be a bit boring. Maybe only 20 minutes and then spend the extra 20 minutes at Point du Hoc which was much more interesting. We only had 20 minutes of free time at Point du Hoc and that included a long walk back to the van. Easily could have spent more time there.

Experience Wine making in Médoc-Margeaux, tasting too.
Our guide, Roldolphe, was very knowledgeable about the wine making process and business, and most of all, he entertained us thoroughly. It was mid-September and at the Pieuré Lichine winery, we saw the harvest in full swing, grapes being harvested, cleaned and sorted, and dropped into fermentation vats. This was part of an informative tour provided by the winery. This tour included almost every phase of the process. Then the tasting in a comfortable tasting room. Off to another winery for more tasting. During the whole trip Rodophe answered questions, made jokes, and played games. It was a very enjoyable tour, which we recommend highly.

Charlene was a wonderful guide. We loved her stories which made the experience of visiting the chateaus that much better. Charlene was attentive to our needs, e.g. climate of the car, making sure to stop at toilettes as needed, delivering us back to where we had to park our car. Ophorus is a great company with great customer service. My only suggestion for improvement would be to warn ahead about parking in Tours, perhaps suggesting travelers use the train instead of driving to Tours.

Our guide Pascal had an encyclopedic knowledge of D day and the events preceding it. His passion for the topic was infectious. It was a fast paced tour with lots of information to digest, yet excellent.
