Product: From Bayeux: American D-Day Sites in Normandy Half-Day Tour

Had a brilliant time on the half day tour to Saint Emilion. Maud is an excellent tour guide, so knowledgeable about wine and the Bordeaux region. She shared so much interesting information, was very easy to understand and very friendly throughout. The half day tour is from 9am - 1pm, taking us by minivan to a fabulous Chateaux vineyard about 45 mins drive outside of Bordeaux, then onwards to Saint Emilion village. The wine tasting was excellent, tasting 4 different wines. We only had about 35 minutes to explore the village so if you wanted more then maybe consider a longer tour. But over all it was a great experience and I would recommend it.

We visited St Emilion with Luigi and enjoyed a tour of the village and wine tasting at Chateau Bellevue. Luigi was warm and welcoming and you’re very knowledgeable about the region and about the wine. We had a wonderful morning.

We had a really good time. Our guide Pauline was friendly and informative. She took time to explain things clearly and took good care of the group. We had time to see some nice scenery and enjoy wine tasting at two family wineries. Overall a great afternoon.

What a great day tour. We saw so much and learned the history of Alsace. The fairy tale towns were gorgeous. Our guide Gerald was excellent. We had plenty of spare time at each stop so never felt rushed.

What a tremendous excursion with our guide, Pasquale. His passion for the humanity involved at the D-Day sites brought so much meaning to the trip. He is an enthusiastic and engaging story teller. You can tell the subject matter is close to his heart and he extremely knowledgeable. He not only talked about military maneuvers but what it meant for the young men charged with this heroic task. Truly a highlight of our trip to France.

Great toyr

This was such a great tour. Luigi our guide was so u knowledgeable about the wines and area. Enjoyed it a lot!! Chateau Bellevue was lovely too!

1/2 day Alsace Wine route

Pauline was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the area. We visited two wineries, each very different, both fabulous.

Amazing area

Our guide was so kind and nice. But we didn’t have a free time, for walk around and shopping. Maybe the tour could start early.

Perfect for wine novices

The wine information was too basic for me but the content was perfect for others in the group. I enjoyed the tasting au chateau. The visit to the town of st emillion was very quick (30 min) but long enough for me.

Wine Tour Burgundy

Had a very nice group for the wine tour. Only 6 In total which was lovely. The guide Adam was insanely knowledgeable, not only about wines but about history in general. Fascinating to listen to And off course, since we were in Burgundy, the wine is world class. One slight negative comment is we did not get to taste a Grand Cru wine.

Great half tour in wine country!

My son and I were in a nice van with six others. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour included observing part of the procedure of the wine making and bottling process, which was interesting. The wine tastings were ample and very good! The scenery was beautiful and we both enjoyed the half day tour immensely. 👍🏻👍🏻
