St Emilion
great intro into St Emilion wine region which included a good look of the old town. Dulce was a great tour guide and highly recommend her and her company

A half day was not quite enough
This is a good tour for people with a basic understanding of wine. If you already know a reasonable amount then it might be too basic for you. Of the 4 hours, 2 are spent driving to St Emilion and back. We only had 45 minutes to explore the town so that felt quite rushed. A full day tour would be better if you want to see the town properly. The Chateau we visited was very nice. Our tour guide was quite the character and told some funny tales.

St. Emilion sightseeing and wine tasting
It was a very nice experience. Between the wine tastings and the charm of medieval town frozen in time the time flew by, the guide was very knowledgeable and made sure that everyone was comfortable and got the best out of the experience. Great trip, definitely recommend to take it.

We enjoyed the day trip thoroughly. The scenery is so beautiful. The ride was good and made more enjoyable with Carlos as our guide. Our only complaint is that we did not have enough time in Colmar. As Colmar is a very touristic place and with lots of tourists, it really takes more time for us to move through. Worst of all is we do not have time to take photographs, let alone to buy any souvenirs. It was like a "hello & goodbye" kind of tour. Not meaningful. We think Carlos was already trying his best and we feel that the planner should have taken this factor into consideration. Perhaps it should be a half-day (minimum kind of trip).

It was very interesting to hear about the history of these 2 castles with a knowledgeable guide. Just the right amount of time between guided and free time. Highly recommended.
