Sehr informative Weintour ins Medoc

Der halbtägige Ausflug in die Appellation Margaux war sehr informativ. Wir besuchten 2 Weingüter, erfuhren eine Menge Details über die unterschiedlichen Weine des Medocs, die Weinlese, die Gärung und den Ausbau des Weins. Wir verkosteten einige Rotweine auf beiden Weingütern. Besonders zu erwähnen war die sehr nette Betreuung durch Léa und die Tatsache, dass die Gruppengröße auf maximal 8 Personen begrenzt ist.

What a great day spent with Ines our guide and 5 other visitors! We had a lot of free time in Cassis and the boat tour was heaven! One of the most beautiful places I’ve been to and seen! The winery stop at the end was a great way to end the day with new friends and relax! Thanks to Ines for being a fun, easy going guide!

My wife and I had a wonderful time with Dolce for our half day wine tour in St. Emilion! Dolce was so sweet, chill to talk with, and very knowledgeable of the region and its history. The wine tasted great and the village was beautiful. I highly recommend taking this tour and we will certainly ask for Dolce if we ever get a chance to do a tour in Bordeaux!

Our tour guide was Matt (the Englishman) on the half day tour. He was outstanding. There are tour guides who take you around and provide rote facts about what you’re seeing and then there are guides like Matt who clearly care deeply about the historical context and the stories of the people who were there and participated in the events that happened there. He made it a great experience, was friendly and funny, and had great stories to tell on the trips between locations. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who has any interest whatsoever in D-Day history! Thanks Matt!

Our guide Jehanne was amazing! She filled every moment with a wealth of information about subjects that we didn’t even anticipate like the challenges of organic agriculture, the arts, the fish. She was warm, engaging and clearly had great relationships with all of the purveyors on our tour. Would definitely recommend!

A lovely half day wine tour from Bordeaux. Visiting the charming town and st Emilion and then a chateau winery visit where we learned about the winemaking and samples 4 wines. Transfer in a large van both ways made this a great tour with folks that don’t have a lot of time and want to see the countryside.

Good wine, good company

If you enjoy good wines and good company, this tour is well worth the price and will be a highlight of your visit to the Bordeaux region. Our guide, Dulce, was fun and very knowledgeable about wine and the history of the winery chateaux. The lunch stop in the World Heritage site of the village of Saint Emilion was outstanding. I would highly recommend the tour.

The Ideal Chateau Tour

The experience was really great! Nice small group and our guide was awesome. He gave us some intriguing historical facts about each place balancing guided tour time with free time very well. Our guide was also very personable and gave us some recommendations for food and restaurants in Tours where we were staying! Would highly recommend this tour

A wonderful way to see and learn about the wine regions around Bordeaux. You have a wonderful host who has a deep and wonderful understanding of wine, the regions, food and will look after you for the entire day. The tour is well balanced across the day with some free time in the middle to wander to explore St Emilion, grab some lunch or see the sites. We really enjoyed the day. We were joined by a small group of other international couples and had a great time, everyone was friendly, engaging and we enjoyed every bit of the day. The cost of the tour was reflective of the small group and experiences of the day, well worth the investment.

What an incredible experience! Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the region, the wines, and the history - I learned so much, though it made me realize just how much more there is to discover about Burgundy wines. The itinerary was perfect. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch in Beaune and visited historic wineries with tastings in their cellars, which was such a special experience. The entire day was well-organized and enjoyable from start to finish. We’re so glad we came across this company. If you’re looking for an authentic and educational wine tour in Burgundy, I can’t recommend them enough!
