I didn’t fully grasp how much driving would be involved in the underground tour so I didn’t take a Dramamine that I probably should have (not driver’s fault). It was also somewhat of a weird set up where for two of the three locations, our tour guide wasn’t allowed to lead the tour. They did a good job of getting us into the different places, arranging tickets, and whatnot. But it was strange for them to drop us off and not lead. The first stop had a catacomb tour guide that lead us through and she was very informative. The catacombs themselves were mostly empty as the bones had been moved to allow for those people to rest. Still very interesting to go through and how the catacombs and basilica evolved. The third stop was the crypts and that was seriously crazy. That was led by an audio guide though, so again, not much need for our tour guide. The second stop was okay. The tour guide led it and added some fun facts but I don’t really understand how it tied in.

The day trip was excellent, from start to end. The Guide Sonia, Elena in Pompei was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. sufficient break times given. we had really horrible weather in positano with thunderstorm so we couldn't enjoy beach moment. apart from that the trip beautiful.

Vodič se uopšte nije pojavio. Na telefon ne odgovara. Karte sam kupila ponovo.Inače su jeftinije kad se pate direktno na šalteru. Getyouguide sam platila 39 eu peške stepenicama 4.12.2024. a kad sam kupovala ponovo 16.12.2025. na biletarnici su bile 24 eu i to liftom.

the trip was totally worth the money. Claire (our guide for the day) was awesome at keeping us informed and up to date about where we were, and what to expect. Willy (our Pompeii guide) was hilarious and very knowledgeable. totally worth it.

Pointless. A cold rainy day, we boarded a water taxi with our guide, and took a 30 minute ride to Murano, where we disembarked at a glass factory. Effectively a visit to see a three minute glass blowing by one nice older chap who made a horse, for which we left a 20 euro tip on the well marked tip plate with other 20 euro bills on it, then a sales tour of the glass store. The owner was visibly disappointed that we did not purchase 6 wine glasses for $1,300 ( including shipping). After that we boated over to Burano, where we declined a repeat sales effort with lace, and had a little stroll around the island. A cup of coffee and a local cookie later, we boated back to Venice. A terrible waste of money. Our guide, Monika, was very nice, enthusiastic and accommodating. But the whole trip was bound to be a sales effort, what else can you expect?

Francesca Gin was an amazing tour guide who was passionate and excited to be in Venice. She was knowledgeable and welcoming, we absolutely loved her! The only small gripe we had is we wished there was a bit more time to explore in Burano… but other than that it was great. Francesca G really made it such an interesting, fun experience.
