The guide had her microphone too close to her mouth and it distorted her voice for me. Being a male makes it harder to understand a woman's voice without the distortion.

Our guide was very good. She obviously enjoyed what she was doing and sharing stories about each piece we viewed. The radio devices she used worked perfectly.

Tour was as described, EXCEPT…. It states that the drop off point is the same as pickup. That was not the case. Our guide ended the tour at the St. Nicola church, which was across the city, and offered to tell the group places to go afterwards. Our hotel was very close to the meeting point, and it would’ve been very beneficial to end our long day in the same exact place as we planned. My 74 year old mother was disappointed and we had to uber back, but we want to make sure that people know that this can happen to them.

The day was perfect with a more than perfect guide Rob (he is the best I have ever had) and driver Giovani was a kind guy too. Rob made this all so enjoyable and was so helpful in many ways. Highly recommend ❤️

The tour guide, Alexssandra, was great. She had to combine our tour with one scheduled to leave later because that guide was unavailable. So instead of 6 of us, there were 25, but she handled it well. There was plenty of time on both islands. On the way back, the boat was enveloped in a fog bank and the boat captain determined it was too dangerous to continue to San Marco and we detoured to another landing spot; however, Alessandra stayed with us and made sure we all got to where we needed to go.
