Frankie is absolutely fantastic. She is so knowledgeable about everything Venice related as well as points of interest from Murano and Burano. What I thought was most charming was her personal interactions with the boat captain, with Mani on Murano and she knew the ladies on Burano by first name who are talented lacemaking ladies. Frankie is well known by everyone and she looked after us well with great recommendations for places to eat etc. It was a great day out even if we were a little unlucky with the heavy fog that day. Bravo Frankie x

The guide, Elisa, was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. She explained things very well and we weren't rushed, spending time in the key places. I think as with all guided tours you don't get to spend longer in bits luke the museum and Sistine Chapel so if you do, you might want to do your own audio tour. However, we really enjoyed our tour and got lots of time in St Peter's Basilica and in the square. Definitely recommended.

The whole session for murano is at the gallery. Would be better if we get to see other parts of the town on the island .

Viviana and Francesco are the best! We had a wonderful time in pompeii with our tour guide Lilia/Lily, wealth of knowledge and a much broader explanation and eye opener of things around the ruins, totally alot of fun, the beautiful scenery of a amalfi coast and the town of positano. I would say a must trip when you visit Rome.

It was super easy to find the meeting spot and our guide Anna was super kind and sweet! It was great that we were able to skip the huge line and get in super easy! The tour was super complete and we saw all the masterpieces! Thank you very much!

Our guide was informed and friendly, but his English is not clear enough for an expensive tour like this. I spoke with several others, and we could only understand half his words. The catacombs were disappointing--very little art, just endless empty niches in underground tunnels. The last stop in the church crypt was even less to see. The Cappuchin burials were interesting, but we all felt a bit uncomfortable trafficking in the remains of these monks.
