Our Uber driver took us to wrong address as the address was confusing so the tour left without us as we were late. We thought to go inside but no tickets as guide has our tickets so we didn’t see this palace in our 3 day trip and our money got wasted. Totally disappointed with the guide and this tours. They should send our tickets separately incase like this happens

We luckily booked this tour at the last minute. This was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. Serena, our guide was OUTSTANDING. We loved the glass tour in Murano and the lace making experience in Burano. You have ample time in both the islands to explore what you want. Serena was very informative and helpful! Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Venice!

Simple skip the queue ticket. Helped you get past the massive queue and potentially saved a lot of time. Got the earliest slot so i could rush to the sistine chapel when it was quiet. They do provide an audio guide app but I didnt use it.
