The trip to Positano was not what I expected. It is a long trip. The most important thing is to be comfortable. The WiFi on the bus didn’t work and the heat was on so high it was stifling. I thought it was broken but I am not sure. We spent the day getting to Positano only to find out it is essentially closed for the winter. Most shops and restaurants are completely closed. We essentially drove all the way there to sit on the beach in the winter for an hour and drive back. Reading the description of this trip doesn’t mention any of this. Positano is beautiful but not a place I’d be in a hurry to go back to. Lot of $ for a poorly run trip. Our guide was friendly but seemed kind of above it all and disinterested.

Pierre was our guide for the 2.5 hr tour hitting the highlights of the Louvre that we would not have found on our own.... But more importantly, Pierre's outstanding knowledge and ability to connect the works of art to the untrained eye that made the difference for both my wife and I.... On a side note, we'd like to give a shoutout to this tour group for being available to help with our delayed arrival to the pickup spot due to our unexpected traffic issues. While on the way we, we contacted the company explaining our delay and they responded immediately to us and our tour guide.... Needless to say, we successfully joined our group and had an outstanding experience. We've used this tour group extensively in Italy and now in Paris and can't say enough good things about them.... Booking with them has taken much of the anxiety out of the needed planning required to enjoy our vacations!!

The tour to Pompei was amazing, the guide in Pompei was great too, but 2 things about this tour did not like me. First, the title of the tour must say tour to Pompei and Positano, cause mentioning Amalfi will make people think the bus will do a stop at Amalfi, that did not happen. Second, we were traveling as a couple during all our trip we sit together, when coming back from Positano to Rome, another person was at our spot and with a bad attitude, even though he was traveling alone he just sit there, we have to sit separated in different sits, the guide was unable to intervene and she just told us please sit, as if we were the one with the bad attitude. My recommendation is to provide sits numbers to the passengers so this kind of issues could be avoided.

The Louvre was exceptionally busy, but our guide, Anna, did a fantastic job of getting us to see all the high points quickly with a ton of great information on the history of the amazing pieces. Without our guide, it would have taken twice as long to see everything and we wouldn’t have enjoyed in half as much without the information she was able to share.

I ragazzi all'accoglienza sono molto gentili e disponibili. L'opzione che ho scelto io aveva incluso solo l'audioguida che è molto striminzita. Consiglio di acquistare all'interno l' audioguida con la quale forniscono una mappa con il percorso da seuire, indispensabile se non si è mai stati dentro e per evitare di essere travolti dalla folla.
