We do not recommend this tour. We had to download an app. The app kept shutting down on us and provided very little information! Get the audio guide that the Vatican Museums offers instead. It coincides with numbers throughout the museum, so you can pick and choose what you listen to. And be warned that you have to wind through the Vatican Museums for over an hour before you get to the Sistine Chapel and then wind out again. It’s a long trip.

It was great, very well organised. Our bus tour guide Natascia was very knowledgeable sharing a lot of interesting information, entertaining and was on top of everything so it was well organised. Our driver Daniele was very helpful and patient helping elderly passengers getting off and on the bus. Our tour guide in Pompeii, Lilla was great, very knowledgeable about the history of Pompeii. She also served as our photographer at one point. The trip to Positano was breathtaking with all the stunning views of the Bay of Naples. Not to be missed when in Italy. I think February and early March is the perfect time to do this trip as it is not too busy and the temperature is just fine. I can't imagine doing this during the summer months.

Well organised day trip to pompeii and positano by City Wonders. It was a long day trip around 13hours but luckily it was a beautiful clear sunny day with ideal temperature, so enjoyed the trip and the views on the way. Our Tour guide Enrica was amazing, lively and kept us well entertained throughout the trip. She was so full of energy, enthusiasm and always welcoming queries. Our bus driver Enrico was a talented driver especially in the hills of amalfi coast drive. We stopped in a small service station and had decent facilities and restaurant/cafe to grab and go items and shopping centre. It was a bit expensive though. We were divided into 2 groups for Pompeii 2 hour tour under 2 tour guides. Our guide Bernadette was amazing and informative. Amalfi coast drive was really picturesque and beautiful. We had 1 hour to explore Positano coast. We were offered free Limoncello tasting at the service station while returning back. Overall it was a good day trip. Thank you.

Manu ist ein großartiger Guide. Es hat Spaß gemacht mir ihr unterwegs zu sein. Vor allem Burano ist die Anfahrt wert. Natürlich hätte ich gerne mehr Zeit auf den Inseln gehabt aber so habe ich einen schönen ersten Eindruck bekommen. Danne!

Wonderful! We had a lovely tour guide, who later revealed that it was his first tour! Despite this he was amazing and as well as telling us about the history, he made sure to give credit to the bus driver (who managed brilliantly on such winding roads in a coach!) and ensured that the trip ran smoothly, we were always on time. This trip has plenty of bathroom breaks, and aside from the tour in Pompei (for which we had another fabulous guide, who made us all laugh) there was also free time in Positano. The trip was a good length, the only thing I would say is when you are offered pizza for lunch, it will be expensive and not exactly delicious, we ordered 2 but it would’ve been better to split one. Overall, I recommend!

We had an amazing Louvre tour with Anna, and I can’t recommend it enough! The Louvre is massive and, to be honest, a bit of a maze, especially with the crowds—even in winter when we visited. Anna met us at the meeting point, provided us with headphones, and guided us effortlessly through the sea of people. She was incredibly knowledgeable, taking us through the highlights of all three buildings with ease. What really made the experience memorable were the supplemental materials and stories Anna shared. She didn’t just talk about the art—she brought it to life with fascinating anecdotes that captured everyone’s attention, including my 13 and 10-year-olds, who were thoroughly engaged the entire time. Without her guidance, I can’t imagine how we would’ve navigated the museum or appreciated all the history and context behind the pieces. If you’re planning a trip to the Louvre, you definitely need a guide, and Anna is a great one!

Arrancamos en tiempo la actividad. Sam ha sido muy amable en todo momento; antes de llegar a cada Castillo y a la Ciudad de Blois, explicaba la historia de cada uno. El transporte muy bien y el chofer Marco manejó excelente!!!

The best thing about this trip was our guide, Selina. she was friendly, funny, knowledgable and very helpful. both islands were fabulous but we followed all Selinas tips for shops and where and what to eat. Murano and Burano were brought to life by Selina!
