L audio guide n est pas précis et donne des explications trop courtes. Les explications à l accueil ne se font qu’ en anglais.

Skip the Line hat gut funktioniert. Man bekommt allerdings nur das Ticket. Und geht dann selbst zu der Spur. Dort ging alles schnell und reibungslos. Der Guide beschreibt einem vorher alles gut. Der Audio Guide ist nicht zum empfehlen. Er ist sehr oberflächlich. Wir haben ihn nur kurz genutzt. Auch die Sicherheitskontrolle ging zügig. Und den Kinderwagen durften wir ohne Probleme mit reinnehmen.

We searched for guide for half an hour and couldn’t find him. Had to pay for tickets again which were a lot cheaper than what I had paid this company, so lost a lot of money. Wouldn’t use this company again.

Our guide Sara was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, kind and very funny, which made the trip even better. Everything was perfectly organised and we spent the most wonderful time. Totally recommend it!!!

We absolutely loved it and the climb up albeit a little challenging was well worth it for the views…got the blood plumbing that’s for sure! The meeting point was easy to find and our tour guide was lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable and we’d 100% recommend to others. Thanks for a wonderful experience 😊
