I was really disappointed with local guide in Pompeii whose name was Massimo (or Maksimmo)… i have never met before such an arrogant, impolite and rude person in my lifetime. This person has no skills to be a guide, he didn’t care about people who came there to listen and see Pompeii. We haven’t seen most of the place in there, not even talking about interesting areas with frescoes and sculptures. This guided tour in Pompeii was a waste of money and time. Quite many of us left the place disappointed because we do not have a chance to go there again soon. I would highly advise to choose who should be a guide otherwise just let people walk around by themselves so they would be actually able to see something.

Mr husband and I did this trip with our 11 year old and 5 year old. It was an amazing LONG trip with our guide Erica. She was fantastic! She was so helpful from start to end of our trip. The tour in Pompeii was about 1.5 - 2 hours - just covered the most important parts. If you want to see more of it you need to be there for a couple of days. It’s huge! Amazing! If your children are not use to walking much it’ll be a problem catching up during the tour. Luckily my children didn’t have a problem since we are use to walking/hiking. I recommend if you get car sick going up and down mountains to take a pill. It might help you as it helped me. Amalfi coast and Positano was beautiful. Despite the trip was long and exhausting we were so happy we did this trip.

עקיפת התור היה הדבר שהיינו מרוצים ממנו המפות מאכזבות ציפינו שבעידן הטכנולוגי הנוכחי מפה תזהה איפה אתה נמצא ותוביל אותך במסלול אונליין לנקודות העניין. בפועל הלכנו לגמרי לאיבוד מעבר לכך ההסברים תמציתיים בצורה מגוחכת יש ככ הרבה מה להגיד על מה שרואים שם אודיו של 2 דק שמדבר באופן ככ כללי ממש לא מעביר חוויה ולא מסביר מה רואים. מה גם שבמקום היה אפשר להשכיר אזניות ולהתחבר להסברי השמע של הוציקן עצמו היה נראה שמסביבנו אנשים נהנים מההסברים האלה בקיצור לא משהו שהייתי ממליצה עליו דרוש שיפור

Francesca (Gin!) was an absolutely lovely, friendly and informative guide. We learnt a lot about Venice and its history. We had a fair amount of free time exploring the places we visited and felt that the tour was good value for money.

Ruim. Contratei áudio guia mas não sabia q eu tinha q levar os meus fones. Pois seria baixado um app no meu celular. Sendo que o app é ruim. Tour sem sincronismo, sem lógica e nada intuitivo. Fraco. NÃO RECOMENDO

Je ne recommande pas du tout ! Accueil minimaliste (on nous demande d’attendre sur le côté sans nous expliquer la suite. Puis on nous demande de télécharger une appli pour avoir accès à un guide audio. Point final ! Une fois entrés au Vatican, on ne nous explique pas dans quel sens faire le parcours ni ou se trouve les statues à regarder : on entre dans des pièces ou des galleries immenses et l’audio nous explique ce qu’on peut voir dans cet endroit, mais sans nous dire où ça se trouve. Bon courage quand vous avez 500 pièces dans la même galerie ! Une fois dans la fameuse chapelle Sixtine, l’audio ne charge plus parce que ça ne capte pas! Non vraiment, je regrette de ne pas avoir pris un audio directement au musée !
