Our guide Natalya met us at our meeting spot in time. She was wearin my a blue jacket and holding a blue flag. She was very knowledgeable and explained the importance of the history behind everything we saw today at the Louvres. The tour was very informative and well planned. I highly recommend it.

The trip was super smooth, the guides told us exactly how everything was going to go; both Critica and Ash were very good with their explanation and setting expectations of timing and everything we needed to make it an amazing experience!

it was good, Alexandra was very knowledgeable and kind. she gave enough time while covering most important parts of the museum, chapel and basilica! We loved the tour. it was a little too much for our 5 year old kid who was too hungry by the end but that just the nature of the place.

The guide was fantastic tried to fill the time in the queue❤️, as well! I expected not to wait so long, it was even longer than a with a standard individual online ticket.

Le prix est exorbitant par rapport au prix réel et l application pour l audio guide n est pas top, elle n est pas intuitive et ne géocalise absolument pas l endroit ou vous êtes.

Nous n'avons pas eu d'autre choix que de prendre une visite en anglais (sommes français) et la guide n'a pas fait de traduction. On aurait donc pu prendre les tickets (escaliers) sur place ce qui nous aurait fait économiser au moins 81 €.
