Carolina was an exceptional guide!!! As an art historian, she shared many layers of understanding for each piece we saw. I would give her 6 stars if given the option. I highly recommend going early before the Louvre get too crowded.

The whole experience is truly remarkable. Our overall guide (Alberto) was very organized and he made everyone feel comfortable. Our bus driver (Giovani) worked very hard to get us back safely in Rome despite the holiday traffic. Our Pompeii guide (Elena) was very knowledgeable of the place and she was funny. I will truly recommend this trip, especially if you have a day to spare when you are having a holiday in Rome. The view of the Naples bay was breathtaking. When you are in Positano, go straight up to the Panorama view instead of going to the church. The view there especially during sunset is breathtaking. Kudos to Alberto, Giovani, and Elena!

It’s the best way to see Pompeii and visit Positano in one day from Rome. It’s a long, fast-moving day but totally worth it. I thought December will be very cold but the weather was perfect. I cannot imagine people doing this trip in summers, when it’s hot and humid as there is so less shade in Pompeii. Our bus was full, I thought there will be less people in winters. . The guide will ask you for lunch in Pompeii. Agree to it as others will say yes and you would have to wait for them anyways. They packed our lunch so that we could eat in the bus, it really saved our time. The bathroom break at Cassino was carefully planned, with just enough time to grab a coffee and something to eat. The payment lines are very long but it’s fast moving. I wish the guide would have told us beforehand that the shop where we stopped was our stop for Amalfi coast, then we would not have wasted so much time inside the shop. I would have preferred the scenic view of Positano rather than just the beach.

I don’t like museums but the guide was so interesting and likable. The history in the museum was inspiring. I would do it again.

The tour was actually worth it. The weather was fortunately very nice for the season. Or guide, Romi, was very helpful, entertaining, and supportive throughout the activity. She even had suggestions for things to do in Venice. We ended up trying the Aperol spritz on our last day in the city, thanks to her. Great tour! Great guide!
