Alice was the perfect guide. She was very friendly, personable but also incredibly knowledgeable. It was like taking a tour with a friend who knew all about Venice, Murano and Burano. This is definitely a must do.

Paula was very knowledgeable and the tour was great. However it would have been nice to have been dropped off where the tour started or at least to have known beforehand this was not the case.

Szuper szervezés, Szófia nagyon kedvesen vezette a multikulturális csapatot. A látványmindent megért, alépcsőzés kibírható. 3 gyermekkel voltunk, tinik és egy 8 éves.

aucun guide en français n'était présent . l'audio guide devait être acheter en plus des billets . nous avons ensuite faire le collisé et la c'était tout l'inverse tout était parfait . très cher pour cette visite

She promised me to see Mona Lisa. I did not got the opportunity. There were too many people. And we should leave the room before I was close to the picture. With this kind og ticket I had expected more.
