Una total estafa. El tour dura 5 horas porque es multilingue (el guía tenía que hablar varios idiomas al tiempo, así que escuchas las explicaciones en inglés, francés y español). La exhibición en murano de la fábrica de cristal realmente dura 4min cuando supuestamente eran 20min… el resto del tiempo te pasan a la tienda donde todo está overpriced para darte un 50% de descuento. Luego te dan 40 min para recorrer la isla hasta completar en total 60min para salir a la isla de Burano. Yo decidí retirarme del tour al salir de la fábrica y recorrer la isla por mi cuenta. Finalmente tome el transporte público de regreso a Venecia. La verdad lo único bueno fueron los 4 min de la fábrica. Estafada me siento!

Our guide Frederick for Versailles was very knowledgeable and informative and provided us with a wonderful background on French history, unfortunately I did not feel the same expertise given by our guide for Monets garden. It was actually quite painful to listen to her talk....I almost wished she hadn't- although it did provide some entertainment for us as it was so ridiculous listening to her read from her ipad. I am only happy we were left to wander around without her accompanying us.

We enjoyed our tour with Carlos. He answered our questions and started our tour right on time. He took his time with our group and helped our older folks out by showing where the elevator was and waiting for someone who needed the bathroom. He helped us easily make it through all the checkpoints with our ids and tickets. He was a wealth of information about the history of the Colosseum and even shared with us Photos of Gladiators. I came away with so much knowledge and realized the movies have been lying to me. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful tour. We appreciate you.

Francesca Gin (who has her own Gin) was a fantastic guide! Was a good sized group, glassmaking at Murano was fascinating and impressive, the colours in Burano were incredible. She explained everything well and accounted for everyone. Boat was super comfy and nice.

Giverny-ben egy jó 20-25 perc elment a semmivel érkezéskor. Ide-oda mentünk, aminek úgy éreztem a lényege az volt, hogy egy adott vendéglátó egységhez betérjen a csoport. Ezt leszámítva nagyon jó volt az idegenvezetés, szervezett, jól felépített.
