Great Experience!!
I had a blast! My guide Jerry was so fun and knowledgeable. It was my first time rafting and I was scared and thought I would fall out of the raft. Jerry made me feel at ease and taught everyone how to safely stay in the raft and what to do if our boat capsizes before we even left the land. I greatly recommend for anyone in the area who wants to have some fun! I will be coming back again next year with my children.

Skilled guide and beautiful scenery
We enjoyed a wonderfully easygoing rafting trip on the Mild to Wild tour, with only mild swells that allowed us to fully appreciate the red-rock vistas. Rollo provided fascinating commentary on local wildlife and geological formations, and her calm demeanor ensured a stress-free journey. A great choice for families or anyone looking for a leisurely river excursion!

Just went rafting to the very first time in my life. Before the trip I was a little nervous but all my nerves were completely gone in the first five minutes. Our guide Zuzu was AMAZING. It truly felt like I knew her for a lifetime. Would 100% recommend mild to wild and 100% recommend Zuzu.💛

This was my first time rafting. We picked up rafting location at telluride. I was very afraid to do this activity but did it anyways. I must say as soon as I got into raft and talked with our guide ‘Jason’ I felt comfortable. He was super experienced and explained all the instructions carefully. Even my 10 year old son able to grasp into it quickly. This was one of the best water activity I did it and I would highly recommend this company.

Overall a fun trip. The river wasn't flowing as quickly as we hoped but MTW made everything fun. Our guide Jaden was terrific...entertaining, knowledgeable, fun. I would book another trip with this company and will likely be back when the water is moving faster! Thank you.

We did the lower Animas River trip on July 4. Our guide was SAM! He was absolutely amazing!!! Talked us through everything, explained how the raft works with the current and different rocks and rapids we encountered. I am so happy that we had SAM guiding our raft as it made it that much more of a AWESOME experience. The Class II to III rapids were a lot of fun but not to scary as we had 3 younger children in our raft. All of us had a BLAST!. Thank you SAM for making our 2025 July 4th extra special. Would definitely recommend booking this trip. Mild to Wild did a great job and great company to us. We booked 2 trips with them on our vacation: Moab and Durango. Would use them again when we come out that way again in the future!

My family and I had a great time river rafting on the San Miguel river in Colorado. Corbin, our guide, was knowledgeable of the river and made our trip a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Mild to Wild rafting and jeep company to anyone looking for a fun outdoor adventure.

Fun for the whole family.
Our family went rafting for the first time in Durango while on vacation. We could not have not gotten a better guide. Zuzu was incredible. She made sure we were all safe and kept us entertained and filled us in on local tips, the whole trip. By the end of the trip it felt like she was part of the family.

Adventure on the Upper Animas
Just did the Upper Animas trip with Trey and Kip. Had a blast, everything from the orientation the day before which made us feel comfortable and prepared to the historic train ride to the starting point. Kip and Trey made the trip interactive and fun. It was cool to watch their experience with picking the right lines through the rapids. Would highly recommend Mild2Wild and we’ll be back next year for Rockwood.

CAT delivered a wonderful experience in this full day Mesa Verde tour. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and made the whole group comfortable. I learned more about Mesa Verde than I ever expected from a single day. And she made sure I had time to take all the photographs I wanted. And made sure I knew where the best view points were located. She is a real pro!

Awesome, Fun, and a Bit Adventurous!
This was so fun!! Justin, our guide was fantastic--serious about safety, but funny and so friendly throughout our rafting experience! We had never rafted previously, but the rafting itself was mild, with just a taste of "wild" at the end when we encountered the "falls", which added an element of excitement, but not fear! Justin prepared us for the various conditions we would encounter and gave us so much encouragement and positive reinforcement throughout. Everything was well-organized, and all of the staff members were engaging and obviously loving their jobs! Be sure to purchase the photo package (cheaper if purchased in advance) to get the action shots in the white-water!

Amazing trip and well knowledgeable, fun guides! Our 5 year old was a bit hesitant, but Ben made it fun and also well-versed in safety on the river. Would definitely do again!

Embry was a fantastic guide! It was my 9 year old daughter’s first time whitewater rafting and she had the best time. Embry was knowledable and we all had a great time. We’ll definitely book with Mild to Wild in the future!
